All quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.
- Payments
Projects may require an advance payment before work begins.
Final files, website migration, or project deployment may be delivered after the remaining balance has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Revisions
Revision limits vary depending on the service or package purchased. Requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information
- Supplying required content, images, and branding materials
- Reviewing work promptly
- Obtaining permission to use any copyrighted materials they provide
- Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Clients own the final approved deliverables after full payment.
- Apple Technologies retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, reusable code, and proprietary tools.
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, revisions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Refund Policy
Refund requests are evaluated individually based on the work completed and the agreed project scope. Customized digital services that have already been substantially delivered are generally non-refundable.
- Limitation of Liability
Apple Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
- Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, pricing, or technical issues caused by third-party providers including hosting companies, registrars, payment gateways, plugins, or software vendors.
