If a project is canceled after work has started, payment will be based on completed milestones or work already delivered. In some cases, a full refund may be issued depending on the situation and project stage.

- Project Cancellation
We understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible.
- If your project has not yet commenced, we will gladly review your request and, where applicable, provide a refund of the advance payment.
- If work has already begun, any refund will be assessed fairly based on the work completed, time invested, and project progress up to the date of cancellation.
- Refund Policy
As most of our services are customized specifically for each client, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be considered when:
- A duplicate payment has been made.
- The project has not yet started.
- Apple Technologies is unable to provide the agreed service due to reasons within our control.
Refunds are generally not available when:
- Design concepts, development work, or other deliverables have already been provided.
- The client decides to discontinue the project after work has commenced.
- Delays occur because required information, content, or approvals are not provided by the client.
- The project has been completed and approved.
- Services such as SEO, digital marketing, or online advertising have already begun, as outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control.
- Domain names, web hosting, SSL certificates, software licenses, premium themes, plugins, or other third-party products have been purchased or registered on the client’s behalf.
- Revisions
Our goal is to ensure that every client is satisfied with the final result.
Most of our services include a specified number of revisions as outlined in your quotation or service package. Requests beyond the agreed revisions or changes that significantly alter the original project scope may require additional charges, which will always be discussed and approved before proceeding.
- Website Projects
A website project is considered complete once it has been delivered for approval or successfully launched with the client’s consent.
Any additional features, redesign requests, or enhancements requested after project completion may be treated as a separate service.
- Video Editing Services
Video editing projects include the number of revisions agreed upon before work begins.
Once the final edited video has been approved and delivered, refunds are generally not available.
- Ongoing Services
For recurring services such as website maintenance, SEO, or digital marketing:
- Clients may cancel future services by providing prior notice.
- Payments for services already completed are non-refundable.
- Any unused prepaid services may be reviewed individually, and we will always aim to reach a fair and reasonable solution.
- Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and the policies of the respective financial institution.
- Communication
If you have any concerns regarding your project or payment, we kindly encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
